Worthy Parts is a well-known and internationally recognized platform that sells parts, components, and machinery across the mining, earthmoving, and construction industries. The client renders refurbishing services to their customers. They also lend finance services to help them buy a new part of the machinery. They have been in the market since 2014.
The client wanted to quickly build a user-friendly website that could help their users find the right products. But they faced some challenges
The client wanted to develop a website on WordPress so that they can add more information or sections or products by themselves in the future. They were unable to find skilled resources that could meet their expectations.
The cost of hiring in-house talent in Australia exceeded the client's recruitment budget. It also increased overall costs for the company including infrastructure and hardware costs.
The client was in a dilemma of hiring a freelancer because they had unpleasant experiences working with the freelancers in the past. Hence they were in search of a reliable agency who can serve dedicated resources for their project requirements.
The client wanted to complete the website design, development, and launch as soon as possible while maintaining top quality. They didn't want to waste time in long hiring or onboarding processes. Instead, they wanted a resource that would immediately join and start working from day one.
The client wanted to offer exceptional user-experience that would engage, educate, and help their users find the right products. The client was very specific about the design they needed and hence they provided the wireframe. Then our resource built an intuitive design that was not only visually appealing but also made sure that it worked for every foreseen situation and exactly matched the client's design goals.
Webential rendered a dedicated resource to the client as they needed a good quality website that can be built in a shorter time span. Our dedicated developer built a fully optimized website in WordPress. He is a highly skilled resource and had all the qualities that the client looked for in this project. He truly understood the client’s requirements and built a user-friendly website with custom plugins that could help manage search, product listings, product details, customer registration, checkout, payment gateway, and much more. The users can easily find and enquire about any mining parts, machinery, or equipment they need.
Our dedicated developer also built a ‘newsletter signup’ option so interested users can sign up for the WorthyParts Newsletter where they can receive the latest information about the auctions, industry news, latest parts & machines, or even parts clearance.
Various 3rd Party Integrations like Stripe payment gateway, Integration with Odoo ERP, Constant Contact were included in the website to make it more user-friendly and smooth operations.
Our dedicated resource was constantly communicating with the client to let them have an idea of the real-time progress. After completing the website design and development, our resource vigorously tested the website to make sure there are no bugs in it. The website was successfully launched after receiving approval from the client. A new website theme was also launched recently in March 2021.
The client also required another skill-set for supporting & maintaining their on-going SEO & PPC campaigns. Webential provided a skilled resource who could manage all their ad hoc tasks within a short period.
Hard Work and Dedication Pays Off. At the end of the project, the client received an intuitive and robust website that exactly matched their imagination. The users can now easily navigate across the entire website to find parts that they require. Let’s have a look at the Key takeaways of the project:
Our partnership could be just the thing your brand needs.
